Coaching, mentorship, and movement practices that support clarity and aligned action through a reflective and holistic approach.
I offer coaching as a collaborative and creative partnership designed to help you access clarity, insight, and inner power to progress you toward what you truly want. You set the direction, and I walk alongside as a thoughtful, nonjudgmental partner. My role is to deepen your awareness and support your growth through curiosity, reflection, and clear, honest communication. If, after a discovery call, we decide to collaborate, we begin by establishing a shared agreement, then shape each session around what matters most to you. Whether you are making a decision, shifting perspective, building a plan, or taking action, our work remains focused, intentional, and aligned with your goals. While coaching centers on the present and future, we may draw on the past when it offers meaningful insight. Our work also includes accountability, creating a consistent and supportive space that encourages follow-through, deeper alignment, and the ability to build sustainable support beyond our sessions. Throughout the process, I hold you as capable, resourceful, and the expert of your own life, while taking a holistic approach that honors the connection between your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
I offer mentorship grounded in a range of personal and professional lived experience. My approach is relational and adaptive; we grow through shared reflection while I serve as a guide, offering insight, practical strategies, and lessons drawn from years of practice to support your development over time. My work is shaped by my identities as a Black, queer, nonbinary, adopted, and neurodivergent person, alongside a global perspective informed by travel across multiple continents and language study in Spanish, Croatian, and ASL. I bring a deep connection to embodiment through lifelong athletics and teaching practices including Muay Thai, African dance, running, weightlifting, and yoga. With over a decade in nonprofit leadership and more than twenty years in communications and creative strategy, I ground my mentorship in anti-racist, liberatory, and trauma-informed frameworks. I center body neutrality, inclusivity, and sustainable growth, creating space for those seeking mentorship that meaningfully integrates lived experience, embodiment, and a global lens.
My restorative breathwork offering is a gentle, accessible pranayama practice that blends breath, reflection, and repair. Rooted in the eight limbs of yoga, each session moves through restorative techniques such as Ujjayi, Bhamari, Kapalabhati, Nadi Shodhana, and Sitali, with adaptations for different bodies, minds, and needs. Alongside breath practice, we honor the land we are on, the yogic roots of these teachings, and the communities and teachers who continue to carry them forward. This space is trauma-informed, neurodiversity- and accessibility-conscious, and shaped by questions of liberation, healing, and collective care. These sessions are available for individuals, community spaces, teams, and organizations seeking grounded, intentional support. I welcome standalone inquiries or integration into our coaching or mentorship work together.
I design learning experiences that support groups and organizations in moving toward liberation. Current offerings include Building Accessible Spaces, Building Regenerative Culture, Creating Space for Joy, and Decolonizing Philanthropy.

I bring over two decades of experience in communications and creative strategy, with work spanning from analog illustration to digital platforms. I support folks in shaping their branding, refining resume design, and developing cohesive, impactful materials across a wide range of needs.
Working with kk has been an absolute game changer for me. Through their calm presence, thoughtful questions, insightful observations, and ability to truly listen, I've been able to develop practical strategies for navigating both work and home life more effectively.
What I appreciate most is that they never tell me what to do. Instead, they create a space where I can look inward, gain clarity, and discover my own answers. By simply holding space with patience and intention, they allow me to give myself the permission I need to slow down, reflect, and trust in the process of healing. The result has been greater self-awareness, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to move forward in a way that feels authentic to me.
Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Instructor
I have benefited immensely from kk's coaching. They were always prepared, listening carefully and with intention. Throughout our sessions, they helped me build actionable plans that reflected my priorities and capacities. As a person, kk is someone who never judges and is incredibly open and curious about different perspectives. Very few people can combine impeccable professionalism with the genuine care that kk demonstrated every single time we worked together. I have learned a lot in our sessions, and, most important, I quickly began to see the change in my life that I was looking for.

kk creates shared practices that feel deeply grounded, intentional, and genuinely supportive. Their teaching is rooted in trauma-informed care, with invitational language and thoughtful options that honor each student's autonomy. What stands out most to me is the spaciousness they create for inquiry, reflection, and inner listening. Within that space, kk's teaching can be felt with such depth, presence, and wisdom that the experience is both nurturing and quietly transformative. kk leads with deep compassion, kindness, and integrity, creating an environment where you feel truly held while also being powerfully guided in your practice.
Teacher and Healer
I was excited by the opportunity to work with kk on my resume. They were a true sounding board, an asset, and a creative implementer from start to finish. kk translated my varied experiences into a succinct story. They were responsive at every turn and willing to try different suggestions and iterations. It was a pleasure to work with them.
